Hammer Strength equipment

Anybody else love hammer strength as much as I do. I have had some injuries in the past few years hence I have backed off some on the compound movements and have been incorporating hammer strength equipment. The isolation is incredible, these machine are well engineered.

Im looking into some used Hammer strength equipment for the garage.

Another tool in the toolbox... My joints don't work that well with all of them, but their back equipment in particular works great for me.

Of all machine type lifts, hammer is hands down my favorite.

Some days I like to throw some in after conventional barbell training, good safe isolation of muscle groups for that extra burn...

A gym I used to train at had the "low row" machine. Great feel on that one. Haven't used anything else by them, would like to though.

I love Hammer Strength equipment, many of the LA Fitness has a ton of it here in SoCal and when I was in Houston. Its like free weight machine!!!!

Yup, I love Hammer Strength equipment too. For the reason admin stated. Problem is my gym is limited with it. There is always I line during busy days.

hammer strength imo is the single best line of machines available admin! excellent ''free weight'' feel on a machine. my choice for variety and no machine beats the hammer strength hi row for hammering them lats!!

Hammer strength works very well for me on days I don't have a spotter. I love all there equipment!

No one makes better equipment than hammer strength imo. Unfortunately none of the gyms in my area have them so I rarely get the chance to use them unless I am out of town. I love training back with the HS equipment. I always get a great workout.

Yes I like the HS stuff. The ISO high row a lot. My gym has a good selection of HS.
