if cortisol is too high then 11bHSD1 (cortisone to cortisol) will be lowered since expression will be lowered by feeedback mechanism.

ahahhah fuck science, its interesting but just use halotestin wisely and tahts all that matters. if halotestin makes users look 'harder' when the body fat is low that really means its not going to make cortisol be dominant in the body. intracellular pump doesnt occur with cortisol.
