Gorilla, you can read backwards in the log and see the full workouts.
II, I know you will bro, you are too strong to be slowed down!!!
I used to lift seriously with a boss of mine back in the late 80's who was an Olympic PL'r with Ken Patera the wrestler, he was the guy who got me into it. Back then I was 180 benching 365 1RM. I stopped lifting heavy and just lifted in not so organized ways over the years but always been pretty strong naturally. Because of my job I have had to watch my weight and size so I started freakishly long running, upwards of 100 mi a week. I was pretty lean but still pretty big, that's just my frame similar to you I'm sure. My legs have been very strong and durable because of the running. I've had my R ACL blown out playing football and reconstructed using a hamstring graft, it was a winner, about a month after my surgery(there's more to the story) I was leg pressing about 1,000 lbs but again no squatting etc. I actually never messed around with Deads and Squats but about 2007 I started back and said screw this shit I'm going to do something I've never done I'm going to follow my genetics and see where it goes. In 2009 I hit my first Dead with 4 plates 405 and I've been attacking it ever since. My legs are easy strength gainers but not really size if that makes any sense. They're obviously not thin but I don't think they are as thick as they should be for being as strong as they are. I think it's all the running having a long term effect, but who knows I'm trying to grow them size wise too. Sorry for the rambling.
