i think you are good enough at 15 degree incline to do the whole hour there :) although bumping it up does break up the monotony!

I don't know ATW, it's nice working my way there LOL... once I'm there the work is on as you very well know doing that blistering 15 at 4mph for 15 is crushing.... I'm really starting to see the benifits, just gotta keep at it now and not let anything deter me! You're cardio seriously motivates the heck out of me....

The combo of the inclines and the OPs is epic halo. What kind of split were you running prior to this craziness?

Chest Day

* Intense day, hit my upper chest very hard took allot of gas out of the tank for flat work, however it was still good stuff. Little strain in my left pec, small area of swelling.

130 X 6 * No spotter so picking them up to my thighs is a pain in the ass, got the flying lights whipping around in my vision. Got them almost gone before I boosted them up to start the set.

So what kind of pump do you get during a crazy workout like that? I have to imagine it's pretty insane.

Most of these Destroy and Flood workouts have been the best pumps I've experienced ever. It just seems like the blood just keeps getting pushed in the muscles and then you do more before the blood has a chance to come out and you get tighter and fuller. My wife said she's never seen me like this swollen after and during workouts.
