Alright guys I incorporated a GVT chest routine last week using 60% of my 1RM as instructed and it seemed way to easy...Barely broke a sweat....I used Flat bench and incline hammers for A1 and A2 respectively and DB fly's/preachers for B1 and B2......As this routine is allegedly a monster workout I was quite disappointed and left wanting more even though they say only do the appointed exercises.....Any insight???

Did you utilize your rest intervals? I don't know about you but I'm struggling to hit 10 x 10 at 60% on bench w/ 60 to 90 second rest. My percentage is probably actually 57%. I hit 335 for those sets of 10 x 10 and I haven't hit a full set of ten yet. Maybe you should redo your maxes?

Make sure you ramp up right. Don't shoot your load warming up.

135 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2
275 x 1
315 x 1
Judge from here but jumps should be smaller. 10 to 20lbs at a time.
