I have almost always relied upon bags of frozen veggies for my servings of veggies at work ... 3-4 meals usually 1/2-1cup per meal... Broccoli colliflower etc and sometimes canned chick peas ... My question is around ph balance and acidity ... Does the fact that I don't prepare fresh veggies affect any angle of metabolism? I know it will result in a higher PH in the body but I wasn't able to find any info on what other ill effects this might have on one eating a BBing diet
