Try the stretchers towards the end of your back workout. it is the most amazing feeling back exercise i have "felt" to date. and the next day you will be sore in new places. i did it after rack deads.

I usually do some stretches after my workouts, but not the the extreme that Meadows takes it... I might try those weighted hanging chin things...
