Worked out at my future gym with POB yesterday and haven't been on to update the log. So we squatted and did some bench pressing afterward

Tried one set of reverse band squats for the first time. we loaded up 465, I got it up quick
Squat only update:
For the 425 PR, I held form well but on other sets, I had a problem keeping my chest up and ass down....caused me to bow. Surprisingly, the PR and the reverse band were my best reps of the day. Real happy with the PR, it went up pretty smooth and speed didn't appear to be an issue on lower weight sets.
Now for pressing (****, I'm weak here)

elbow is still bothering me but was real happy with the squat PR....lot's of work needs to be done on bench, i may increase the frequency to focus more on my form and keeping tight.
Starting SST this week, really looking forward to it.
