Im running a CKD diet at 500 defeciancy (tested with strips, ive been in ketosis for over a week now). Saturday I finanly get a carb up day... whole wheat pasta i have missed you. Going to a carb up every Sat from now on.
Cardio - 4 days a week fasted, 30min(trying to work up to 40)
Training -
Sun - Arms (weakest bodypart) good to train after carb load on saturday
Mon - Legs (second weakest body part)
Tue - Chest/Abs
Wed -Rest/Cardio only
Thursday - Back
Friday - exhaust shoulder day
I realize this training split may look like a little much to some people, but I find that a five day split works way better for my body. If some of you feel that this is too much, and I am overtraining I would love to hear your advice. Each day is about 5/4 excersises about 3sets each. So IMO it hasnt been to much so far.
Running clen @ 120mcg with ketotifen going for 6 weeks on it. Almost 2 weeks into it.
I've lost 10lbs already and 4%BF. I look forward to keeping this log going, any advice and encouragement is valued!
