Favorite Green vegetables

I really love spinach and asparagus, but after a while they get boring. I'd eat broccoli, but it's a member of the cabage family and doesn't get along with my digestive tract at all!

The wife makes this hollindaise kind of sauce to serve on the asparagus that is simply YUMMY!

I pretty much like all greens but unfortunately live in a country that doesn't grow a great deal of them.

Broccoli Rabe, flash boiled to take out the bitterness and then fried up with some oil, garlic and dry hot italian sausage (yes FD, I said sausage)

I like all the green veggies.

If you're bored of spinach you can try any other greens, from collards to chard and just braise them. Pretty tasty.

I intensely dislike most veggies, especially spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus and brussel sprouts.

I like peas & carrots and that's about it.
