I would utilize them with hook grip IF I could hang on. Issue I have with them some is they slip some. Luckily if I am feeling froggy, we have a heavy ass fat bar that was fabricated that doesn't bend and is solid as hell. But I think I just need to worry about my attendance at the gym let alone getting crazy with stuff.
