Pretty much anything with a barbell. After getting my neck, back and both shoulders fixed, I'll pass on getting them fixed again!

At the moment, bench is a no-go. I do floor press instead and add chains so as not to aggravate my shoulder when in the lowered position.

You use the smith, dumbbells, and machines all still tho?

No Smith, all dumbbells and machine work.

Avoid?
For me: flat barbell bench.
I want to avoid the knee extensions as I think they are heck on da knees, but i do 'em anyways.

Upright Rows, Flats, straight bar curls, and anything behind the neck ( presses, pulldowns...) all because of RC problems and tendinitis in the elbows.

This week, after something like a decade of hurting and rehurting my shoulder I am going to shelve flat bench press. I'm going to switch to weighted dips (primarily),dumbbell flies, and incline bench. I'm open to other suggestions.

Ordered a trap bar for deadlifting from here on out.

I'm getting too old and too crabby to be constantly doing exercises that aren't getting me anywhere because I'm always healing and deloading.
