Erector Shirt

Anyone use an Erector Shirt for their squats or deads? I was looking at some Inzer Erector Shirts and the prices for them are in the 40 to 50 dollar range, but are they worth a nickel? I compete raw, but I do use some gear in training for accommodated resistance, confidence, over-load and FUN. Remember that word? Fun?

I have not used one but workout buddy tried one and said it really didnt help him, he said he will let me try it but so far i just havent done it.

I've used an Inzer one and a heavy denim one that Frantz made for me....... both were useless.

Guys like Chuck V have used them and probably get something out of them because he squats low bar and bent over. I squat high bar and upright.

They need to be worn really tight to work, and can give you a feeling of an extra bit of pull to keep you upright.... so if you have problems with that then go for it, but most guys already have a hard time getting down to a deadlift bar.
