Dumbbell front squats

Hi fellow lifters.....do any of you incorporate dumbbell front squats in your leg workouts??....and if so ave you achieved any gains by doing them??.....any feedback would be appreciated.... Thanks:(

I don't use db's for front squats but olympic style front squats are a staple in my training regimen.

Do you find them more beneficial for leg development than back(regular) squats

Olympic front squats work different muscle groups than back squats. I don't favor one over the other. I actually perform several different types of squats in my training ie. back squats, front squats, paused squats, speed squats. They all serve a purpose be it strength, size, speed, etc.

I will add that I also Barbell Front Squat on the regular. Never did DBs because mine only go up to 120s. I hurt my rotators and was forced to Front exclusively for about a year. I did become Quad dominant for a period. I remedied it with RDLs and High/Wide Leg Presses. As for growth...my teardrops literally exploded from Fronts and my Upper Leg circumference increased by at least 1".
