Done with stage....

So this is it I guess....I will never stop training but the stage I think will be a distant past for me. 45 yrs old and can feel it....
I surely will continue on TRT...but making sure I remain healthy and try to stay injury free. I still have a strong desire to be compete though and that is the hard part but my body isn't havin it...lol
I wont change much but back down on some things....

yeah...my wife actually said that might be a good move for me. I just cant cut the water like I used too and the constant beating on my joints isn't having it.
