The total testosterone is super high but just wondering if the other ratio still look decent. And what advice if any on what to change if any thoughts it needs to be.

Keep in mind I did this blood test 9 days after my last testosterone shot.

Total Test 1053 (High)
Albumin 4.6
SHGB 21 (low)
Test Free 239.7 (High)
Test bioavailable 503.3

Free T is 2.3% of total. If you put these values into the formula it is close. https://www.mdapp.co/free-and-bioavailable-testosterone-calculator-544/

You are probably 2.5 - 3.0 times this a day or two after a shot.

Be curious to see what E2 is.

If T is all you're doing, LFTs should not be affected. Bhasin's studies from the early 2000's did not see any change with T dosing at 600 mg/wk. 7 days after the last shot the values for the younger guys had their total T at 2370 ng/dl, fT at 275 pg/ml (lower than I would have expected) and SHBG at 20.6. Modest drop in HDL (about 25%).

Are you serious it would be that high right after the shot? Holy crap.

I have not cycled anything at all oral or injections at least 6 months. I do mg of test every week. That is it.

My cholesterol is at 195 and it usually fluctuates anywhere from 170 to 200 depending on the day that I have it drawn. My ratio is always suck. My hdls are low my ldls are high this time I triglycerides I think we're in check which I was kind of surprised. I'll post up those in a bit I assume that my low HDL cholesterol is partially due to the testosterone being so high

This looks like you are pretty well dialed in on TRT — likely experiencing solid androgen benefits (if no sides). Draw blood right before your next injection (e.g., morning of injection day, before dosing). Avoid testing 1–2 days post-injection (peak time) unless your doc specifically wants to check highs

I'm going to do my blood work again in 3 months just to see if I notice anything different with a different timing of the test. And I'm also going to go ahead and have estrogen done also I don't know why I didn't add that to the cart. I have my own blood work done through Jason health it's so much cheaper.

I wanted to get it out of the way I have to go see a urologist next week. Just want to get a baseline make sure that everything is all working well and all that old man crap.

I was kind of surprised where my testosterone levels were but my next test I will do it right beforehand I don't care what the high is necessarily so I wanted to wait and not do the test the day after my shot.

This is my cholesterol profile. I always have low HDL and high LDL.

Doesn't matter how much cardio I do what I eat nothing it always is almost exactly right there

The LDL and non-HDL is a little high. The HDL is about where I'd expect with the T. Mine is usually 37 - 42 and I run 120 mg every 5 day of TC and 500 IU of HCG a couple times a week if that, sometime only every 5 days. HDL only becomes a concern if its in the teens or less and forever and combined with high LDL and other CAD risk factors. The only way to know for sure is to get a CT angiogram (not CT calcium). If there is nothing there after years of this, it's unlikely these numbers in you are a problem.

You can always go to Walk in labs and keep the data off the radar and see where you are at peak (2 days after a shot) both T and E2

These bloods are actually really good I wouldn’t get too caught up on the hdl/ldl as they aren’t far from being “in range” Glucose is a bit higher but if carbs are removed for at least 12-14 hours prior that should reflect. All in all it’s pretty good and kidney/liver values are in range.

I don't pay my doctor for the blood work I just order online and go into the local draw and have them do it. It's a hell of a lot cheaper and yes it keeps everything kind of on the down low

I was concerned overall with the a1c but what I think actually raised the urine level is I'm testing out Empamore which pulls sugar out of the blood and excretes it through the urine rather than keep recirculating it through the kidneys. So I think the urine analysis on glucose was a little bit High just because of that.

I appreciate you guys looking at it I've always had that ratio for as long as I've been on trt. I'm not too worried about it but I really hate seeing those hdls low but sounds like we're all in the same boat
