Ironcore thanks for the info.got my results and have a 1cm tear in the left and a 1.5cm on the right.will be seeing two different surgeons to get there opinion.stem cell therapy is being used here in oz with great success but again comes down to what the surgeon recommends.was a little down about it but hey that's life.training very light just to keep the blood flow going but I'll keep you guys posted as I want to get your opinions on the matter.
