Today was an off day and it worked great as I had my folks land today for my final 4 days in San Diego for the next 7 months prior to deployment. While they got a massage near my gym I went and did my thing...
615pm, 24 hour fitness hillcrest
20 minutes stepmill, 10 minutes elliptical 75% HRR
PNF stretch, foam roll, few sets of abs in circuit.

1 cup ff cottage
2 tbsp natty pb
4 tbsp dark cocoa
1 shot cherry flavoring
Already dreading the complete lack of food variety and meal prep creativity I will loose when we head out Monday. No fridge, no kitchen, minimal storage ick! Not that meals are bad on the ship as they are decent. Its just the same 21 meals rotated through for lunch and dinner every 21 days. I cant get breakfast on ship due to classes I lead that end right when breakfast does. So 2 meals a day I do from the ship for lunch and dinner and 2 others myself from my own stash of protein powders, quest bars, fresh fruit, nuts, oats. I have tons of those items stocked up so I hope that if I keep consistent I can keep my gains and if anything make a bit more even with 3 hours of fitness classes 6x a week and limited food prep/quality.
