Nandrolone increases synovial fluid. Hence the extra little cushion it can give joints.
I believe it’s ability to truly improve joint pain issues are widely exaggerated. Unless you’re old and dried up as synovial fluid tends to decrease with age.....If this is the case it can help....but in the case of a 25 yo guy throwing deca in to help alleviate joint pain.....placebo at best.
Just from experience, deca has an effect on joint pain... even in low doses. My issue with the subject is that most cats overstate the benefits. You read a round a little and it seemingly cures their rheumatological issues.
NPP has been helping both my bum shoulders over the past month. I can do 'some' weight with various overhead pressing now, but it's not a cure, unfortunately
I agree with Axe and others above....definitely helps and noticeable, but probably exaggerated as well.
My TRT doc is well known and he is doing a study using deca for joint pain.
So far (according to one of his fellows) its showing that it really helps with joint pain.
I am prescribed 100mg of deca a week for that purpose.
