Great tip... I've focused a lot lately on this and its helped to keep my whole body lined up, my chest puffed out and I can squat heavier AND with greater form! I would also add that I have a wicked crush on Molly from EliteFTS who was in this video lol
The EliteFTS set of DVD's on Squat/Deadlift and bench are class with lots of little hints ... helped me push my numbers up this year
