Great tip... I've focused a lot lately on this and its helped to keep my whole body lined up, my chest puffed out and I can squat heavier AND with greater form! I would also add that I have a wicked crush on Molly from EliteFTS who was in this video lol

The EliteFTS set of DVD's on Squat/Deadlift and bench are class with lots of little hints ... helped me push my numbers up this year

Good to hear because I just got the bench one. I'm a huge fan of their company and site. I found the YouTube series called "so you think you can squat" to be very helpful in getting me back to squating after my knee surgery.
