Hey great numbers !
1st- if you don't have access to barbells maybe Dumbbells ? You can deadlift with them and squat . Even though I swear by the barbell I sometimes switch it up to dbs on occasion. Check out commy deadlifts you might like them !
2nd- if you can knock out that many dips I suggest getting a belt so you can add some serious weight and bring your reps down to 6-8 . As far as added weight start w one 45 plate and go from there . I think you would be safe to shoot for 65 or 70 lbs added you can also use dbs with the dip and pull-up belt! Happy lifting brother

Thanks, Bjefe, and welcome to TID. When I have not shot my triceps, I do add weights, but I have yet to try more than a plate. Maybe I will se what I can do when I am fresh. Happy lifting to you!
