Hey great numbers !
1st- if you don't have access to barbells maybe Dumbbells ? You can deadlift with them and squat . Even though I swear by the barbell I sometimes switch it up to dbs on occasion. Check out commy deadlifts you might like them !
2nd- if you can knock out that many dips I suggest getting a belt so you can add some serious weight and bring your reps down to 6-8 . As far as added weight start w one 45 plate and go from there . I think you would be safe to shoot for 65 or 70 lbs added you can also use dbs with the dip and pull-up belt! Happy lifting brother

Thanks, Bjefe, and welcome to TID. When I have not shot my triceps, I do add weights, but I have yet to try more than a plate. Maybe I will se what I can do when I am fresh. Happy lifting to you!

Not sure what exactly I was expecting today at the gym (Anytime Fitness, a franchise), but I had an appointment with owner. I didn't really want him to become a trainer for me, but I thought maybe he might work with me today and my forms on the big three and suggest some things. Anyway, when I got there seems a couple of guys he knows showed up and apparently needed to be videoed doing some boxing type stuff. So he bowed out and just said to give him a holler if I wanted him to spot me here or there in the future if he was around. Made it sound like I knew enough of what I was dong that I really did not need anything from him. Maybe, maybe not, but it kind of irked me that I pay $40 a month, which I know is pretty cheap, but about all I am going to get out of him is a "Hi" and a "Bye" on my way in and out and maybe that is all I should expect. But he could have told me that when we scheduled our meeting. He knew then that I was not interested in a physical assessment as if I was just joining and wanted to drop 40 pound or something. Like I said, I did not really expect a lot, but it was obvious he either double booked himself or cared more elsewhere. I am good now and forward I move. Thanks for listening.

Good to see you still getting your workouts in Dan. The guy shouldn't have scheduled a meeting with you if he was just going to blow it off. He could have at least called and recheduled. No worries though. You have plenty of people here on the den to help.

Bull, that was a weeks worth of workouts. The squat sessions I know are too close time wise. I need my squats at the beginning of the week so there is no interference between them and my harder/longer runs on the weekend. Also, I had to punt on today's work out since I thought I would be working with the owner at the gym. So yeah, a bit messed up, but I am sorting it out. I will check in.

Also, now that I look at it I missed the following:

Since you are playing around with deadlift stances, suggest you google 'deadlift leverages', since there is usually a variation in setup based on the relative length of your arms and torso.

Sorry about how you were treated by the AF franchise owner. Some of the guys here are excellent powerlifting coaches. I am sure you will get excellent feedback if you ask them to critiques videos of your lifts.

Pretty impressive lifting and running last week. 245 pull with newly developing sumo is pretty good.
