Have you read or talked to someone about sumo and conventional deadlifts and what your body is built for?

That may be helpful.

My body is built for conventional but I'm actually doing sumo right now for reparative reasons.

So much running! lol Great work though man, you are definitely training hard.

What are your goals for this year Dan? Just curious, also if you have videos, its helps to post them and have some of the guys critique your form and give you advice. I trust people on here alot more than some anytime fitness trainer...or any corporate fitness training for that matter. If you want you can DM me and Ill be more than happy to help out bro. As I'm sure others on here are as well.

Okay, guys here is some deadlifting (190x4x3) from yesterday. Again, new stance adn remember I have never had formal instruction so I welcome any comments. I appreciate you guys! I will post workouts later.

Daniel!!! The different angles really helped to see your form for your deadlift.

On the angle where I could see the straightness of your back there was a little curvature at the top on the last rep.

Try to get you butt down and head up just a little more.

Excellent work brother!!!!
