You've gotten a lot of good advice here. I think that with running long ester test you should run the cycle at least 12 weeks. So keep it simple with test at 600mg/wk for 12 weeks. Front load if you want, but it's not necessary. Keep the other stuff for later.
If you want to build muscle and lose fat, you can do so, but give your diet the same level of attention as your training and your cycle. You need to feed that muscle. I would up the calories slightly over maintenance level (maybe 15-18kcal per pound of bodyweight), and keep the protein at 1.5-2g/pound per day.
Make sure your PCT is set up ahead of time. You don't want to not be ready, and then lose your progress on the back end. I can't help you there, I never come off. But you'll get good PCT advice here.
