No worries on dedication, I actually own and operate a fitness center so I'm there every day, even my off days! haha. Thanks for the encouragement. I may need it more once I'm at the dinner table tonight.

Welcome to the Den. Heavier weights less reps. increase your protein and work hard.

Thanks everyone. I actually visited a crossfit box yesterday so I went through their WOD but that was my cardio for the week so it's not too bad lol.

A lot of crossfit type of workouts (WODs) are solid IMO. No shame!

It's those lean gains bro!

I've done lots of bulking. I prefer lean gains these days (not the blog).

Good luck on your bulk!
