So I like to train pretty hard. Lately I have been trying new things and reading some of the more famous workouts. I am currently doing the Creeping Death 2 from John Meadows. He recommends taking out the 2nd leg day to make it as 5 day training program. Not for me. My gung-ho ass wants to do 6 days. I have been getting a lot of cramping the last month or so. I have a neck cramp that won't go away. On chest days my hamstring cramps every time. Wondering if this might be from over training.

Currently one:
100mg Test PP /ED
50MG Tren A /ED
50mg Mast P /ED
10iu HGH every night before bed

Anyone have any Idea's on how I can fix this? I don't want more rest days but I will if I have to.

Currently 225lbs 17%

I get bad cramps, always have. Taurine! Taurine will take away the cramps 100%. Trust me
On a different note, how are you liking 10iu GH?

Could be an electrolyte/ion imbalance. Calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium all play a role in muscle contraction and relaxation, so if one of those is off, cramping could occur.

Wrestling in high school, we stupidly cut weight once with Lasix that one of the guys swiped from his father. We were young and didn't realize the amount of potassium we were losing along with the water weight. A few of us had to drop out mid match due to muscle cramps. The coach royally chewed us out. My example is a bit extreme, but BrotherIron makes a good point on the electrolyte/ion imbalance.

I was 320lbs 2 years ago. This could be it. I've been taking DR. Bergs electrolytes. Was recommended to me by my son in law who was a college strength coach. Hope it helps

Cramping is also and perhaps more so than electrolytes (assuming they are OK) a function of excitatory vs inhibitory inputs to the muscle. Calf cramps for example in a runner at the late stages of a race. Might be worth taking a few days off, then trim the volume a little and see how it goes. Decades ago I was stretching next to the squat racks and two big guys were getting ready to squat. The one asked the other how his back was doing, he said better but not quite right. He said it sucked because he couldn't squat two days a week and was concerned his legs would shrink. There was a few moments of silence as they warmed up, then the guy with the back problem told his buddy, "ya know though, since I've been squatting just once a week, my leg strength is the best it has ever been." His buddy looks at him and says, just imagine what it will be like when you work them twice a week. I just laughed, they both missed the lesson of their lifting lifetime. The mind will drive the body way further than it should go, and ultimately it will push back. The cramps, if hydration and electrolyes are good may be a sign of too much volume or intensity. Could be the cycle as well. 10 IU of GH is up there. Having said that, it might be a good idea to get a Chem 14 at a Walk in Lab and check electrolytes, esp potassium. May add Mg to that as well. Too you don't want to mess with relative to cardiac function.

For instant relief I use Wall Marts 'Equate Ultra strength' pain cream. It has 3 ingredients, camphor, menthol, mythyl salicylate and works really well. Especially when I wake up with calf cramps or the inside area of my lower thigh.

Check to see if your supplement has sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chloride, and phosphate, as all of them play a role in hydration, performance, nerve signaling, muscle contraction, and cramping.
