1- fill a wok or pot with 4-5" of oil. I use olive oil and bacon fat.
2- dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg white, and dredge again.
3-heat oil to 350
4- dip dredged chicken for 4-6 minutes
5- remove chicken from oil and let sit 2-3 min before serving.
It's good to be a powerlifter.
