I eat very clean when bulking. Lots of rice, sweet potato, chicken breast, lean minced steak, pilchards, tuna, muslie (the no added sugar taste like cardboard stuff) About the only processed thing I eat is toffee flavored whey protein, i love that shit in my muslie and on top of my rice dishes. I have no problem getting my calories clean eating at all as i have a decent appetite and actually really enjoy all of the above, well, exept mabey tuna, that is more of a quick convenient protein sources to tide me over untill i can get a proper meal in, but the rest, I love it
