Unless you're 140 pounds I don't think you can eat enough calories in a day to clean bulk.


BTW... I totally disagree with the post 2 spots above me. Everybody knows Lucky Charms are the only choice in cereals when bulking.:)

I prefer breakfast burritos. oh and pepperoni hot pockets.

I live in the UK they don't really sell lucky charms and when you can get um there £7 min a box don't know what that is in $s haha

pizza, burritos, cheeseburgers, fried chicken...

clean bulk is an oxymoron, want to pack on the pounds, eat everything in sight and then have some more dessert afterward.

You can substitute easily. Just pour sugar in a bowl, add milk and eat.

My idea of a clean bulk is clean decent food and having desert or some fat guy food after. I seem to stay lean if I eat my sugar and fat foods WITH my meals.

I love to cook so I always make my sweets. Besides reeses of course :)

I eat the same as cutting only more. My appetite is such that I could eat 6000, clean calories if i wanted. High dose tren us another story, I demolish any carby shit in sight, I'll never go over 500 tren again. Lots of meat, eggs, rice, sweet potato. If I want a cheat meal ill cook 400g of rice instead of 200 or dip about 8 bananas in toffee flavored whey protein. I actually gave to watch my appetite even bulking as i love 2000 calorie or so meals and they soon add up

I eat a lot of eggs, lean beef, chicken, and salmon. White or brown rice depending on what I'm in the mood for. Lots of sweet potatoes with butter and some brown sugar. And usually a large amount of green veggies. Now don't get me wrong ill throw down on some shitty food also. I usually eat about 6500 calories during my bulks. I'd say my clean to average American diet ratio is 70:30
