Good shit! I remember when I first joined TID I was posting from hotel computer lounges looking at everyone's training logs, believing all the magazines and imagining one day being able to squat three plates and shit. Whenever I was whining about being tired after work, keeping myself out of the stupid little Best Western gyms, I'd look to your log and see that you'd already put in the training and worked 8 more hours than me that same day. I'd get my MuscleTech shake ready and go fuck around on the cable machines until I couldn't breathe, wondering how you maintained that type of schedule weekly.

Nice to see you back and glad you're getting your health on the right track!

I'm glad to know it motivated somebody! My schedule is still wild, but not near as crazy. I head back out in a week and I'll start logging time stamps again. Glad to see you here!

Don’t try or try to become a power lifter or lift so heavy keep it simple stupid

Go for the ripped to fk 180-200lb
That can run without having ur heart beat thru the roof

Go for the Scott Adkins look AND performance

I’ve been the 255 low teens bruiser
But now love the 217 8%
And if I have to drop to 190 below 8% to get to a 3:30:00 marathon time I will do it and my buddy 6’2 260 and low bf can’t run worth shit —-took him 7 hrs for 26.2miles

I want to be able to run if I need too

A welcome opinion. I've been gunning towards 'functional' for the last 6 months or so with higher reps, faster paced workouts and cardio sessions. I'm working back towards 8 min/mile territory. I'm with you; I want to be able to run, catch somebody, and still be strong enough to tear their arms off.
