Hi i was planning to have 1 cheat meal per week so Im wondering if i can eat stuff like mcdonalds, pizza hut or kfc or any other. Do you do something similar to this and how many times a week?
Have been on a keto diet for about a month but if Im going to cheat which isnt often its usually something like toast or corned beef hash with breakfast.
I ate 4 McChickens tonight and oh my God were they good (although I've got the McGurggles in the gut now). Never eat the fries though. Some of my friends that are a little more strict than I am will order 4 burgers but pick the meat out of 2 and re assemble with the remaining 2 burgers. Complex way of saying eliminate 2 buns.
Try to compromise with yourself... If you go to KFC, peel the breading off half of the chicken maybe... don't eat the fries, toss the buns and pizza... uh... don't eat the crust?LOL... I think the big no no is Chinese food though... that is just pure crap.
