There is no “deficit.” In fact, it’s pretty much thee MOST deficit free way of eating because everything nutrient wise is in such a highly bioavailable / complete form by comparison especially to plant based (so called “healthy and nutritious”) foods.Other than scale and mirror are you getting any lab work done to see if any damage from this type of eating (wont call it a diet)?
On the blood tests; carnivore (our evolutionary ancestral natural way of eating) do not generally fall within standard created ranges. And has nothing to do with assessing accurate markers of health. In other words; the ranges require greater knowledge than the status quo prescribed measures of establishment developed “health.”
