I left a part out actually... Hershey's chocolate syrup too!!! Aaaaahhh!!! lol
In fact tonight I got home from work real late. So to catch up on some missed meals thru the day I ate:
1 protein shake of:
4 cups milk
2 scoops protein powder
6TB choc syrup
1 cup oats
And also ate 4 eggs fried in butter, 6 slices of bacon and 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread... With butter on it.
And I was still hungry!!!
