You should add cable rope as it can be effective for muscle hypertrophy when performed with heavy weights. Hamstrings, core muscles and cable pull are excellent accessory exercises for building strength and size.
I start them in a superset and combined with other back/delt........or knock out 3 sets pre-exhaust with 15-30 seconds in between, then move on to heavy pulls. Brought my rear delts up fast and keeps them full.
