i know it is impossible to prevent fat gain in bulking
but how to minimize fat gain while increase muscle mass

Carb cycling is probably a good bet... Don't stop doing cardio either just don't do it excessively.

Well keep experimenting from there... I can't give you specific advice on this for several reasons such as i don't know anything about you and I don't know anything about nutrition lol.... Consider hiring a diet coach to get you rolling?

cardio, find what the minimum amount of carbs are for you to do this.

Healthy fats, complex carbs, lean protein sources / no junk food. <--- that's what I meant by clean food

usually clean foods contain alot of Exlax and have a soapy aftertaste =))

my idea of clean is more grams than carbs each meal + low saturated fat.

my idea of healthy diet is no junk food, no fast food and no processed foods.

id have to agree i always fuck with my carbs if i start putting on fat.......me and sugar dont get along, lol
