Not trying to bust your balls at all here, but I'm just curious. You're presently running almost 3g/week of gear and 20IUs of GH/day. That's a heavy anabolic load. To your credit, your labs look outstanding. What are your present goals?

I'm assuming you're in a push phase, and trying to put on lean mass, correct? If so, are you running an intentional mass gain diet? I ask because you indicated you presently eat when hungry to calories seem to vary significantly from day to day. Wouldn't it be better to be more intentional with a specific caloric surplus each day with the variation coming in terms of your macros (e.g., high/med/low carb cycling)?

How long do you plan to keep running 3g? Will you continue to do so as long as your labs are good, or will be drop down to a cruise and give the CNS some opportunity to recover?

idk I just picked some numbers and try to get close every day.

I really enjoyed working with a coach. I follow directions well.
when left to my own choices. I will do whatever I feel like on any given day. :D

Until I get a coach again.

I was capped at 1 gram on aas and 10 iu on gh. I would ask to go up, he would ask why, let me talk some and then tell me no. :D

and it was working just fine.


These are the conversations where I spin out and have doubts about my path. you ask good questions.

Well, your progress has been outstanding! If your goal is 220 lean, you don't need to run 3g of gear. Save that for your next growth phase.

You can drop down to TRT (test 200 or so) with a little mast or primo (keep the GH at whatever dose you want), and tighten up the diet. You're already doing plenty of cardio and I like your training, it clearly works for you.

I'm not saying your diet is bad, but to drop 10 pounds of fat and keep your lean mass, you need a structured meal plan, IMO.

this is what I was given



wanted to gain as much as possible I would just blast the shit out of Test and EQ with whatever GH I could afford.

Close to 4g of test eq mast and 14iu of GH, some Lantus on high days and Humalog post workout most days. Yes, that's a lot of gear, but it is test d and EQ, which are a lot of ester weight, so it is a bit less than it appears

His last high day he hit 6500 calories, 1200 carbs, 400 or 500 protein, 30 or 40 fat

Guys I swear to god it's as simple as I laid out up there. Blast a ton of gear, eat a ton of protein and carbs, take 10-minute walks after meals for BG + digestion, place workouts strategically around higher, lower, baseline carb days. lower carb on rest days to help with insulin sensitivity...pin, eat sleep, repeat



I haven't figured out the carb cycling part because my bg is never more than 100 all day long (wore a lingo for 2 weeks recently)
