I've seen more sauerkraut in people's diets. Am I correct that it there to help in digestion? Is the fact that it's a fermented food have any other benefits (other than it just tasting good)?
in meals 1 and 6, do you dump the olive oil into your shake or take it another way? Have you ever considered using heavy whipping cream instead of the olive oil for a fat source with whey? As it's pure fat, would it provide the same benefits as olive oil?
