Body transformation, the Eazy way

Rest day: 10,000 steps and 45 min cardio. I'm exhausted just thinking of our rest! LOL

I've been more diligent on upping my steps each day, and it really makes a difference. But even 10,000 steps for me is a lot. But that's my stretch goal.

crate or kennel, depending on the time of day, 13 dogs with a rope slip lead. Then go straight into the chores: food bowls, water buckets cleaned/refilled, and kennels cleaned.

The two you saw are the only two I trust to be off lead.

We got a couple like that , the girls are ok with people , Moby is a little stand offish , Earl tries to kill people so he's not allowed in the reindeer games
