you look great buddy. leaner in your av obviously, but it's nice to have some extra chunk in the wintertime, IMO.

also, how you guys pin with 25s is beyond me. smaller than a 23 and I can't push the oil through

i agree, fully .. I always put on some bf in the winter.. Lift heavier, reset my CNS, And just enjoy life a little
16 weeks of dieting keeps me lean enough through the summer and fall

Depends on the gear. Lots of stuff I used goes effortlessly through a 25 and if patient I can even load with a 25. This NPP I got is thick as **** though .. Was tough loading Through a 22!!!! I may switch to 22ga 1" for bi weekly delt shots for the next 8 weeks.
I am also using some TNE pre workout but in extreme moderation. I need to not set off any flags in my March 16 blood draw.

I will not pin anything aside from my TRT dose for 3.5 weeks prior, and after my bloods, I Will smash 10 weeks of tren ace @500/ew. I may rock some tren base PRe wo too as I have been anxious to give it a whirl

I never draw and pin with the same needle anyway, bc imo it gets dull just poking one time through that rubber. I buy 18ga syringes with pins attached, and then I buy a grip of 23ga pins by themselves, no syringe. I draw then switch. Helps with pain a lot IMO.

Pins are so cheap that idgaf about waste.

What's your trt dose? how old are you? i wish i had some scrip test. :D

Yes I always switch the pins as well. Here I can legally buy only 10 at a time Otc with no script. Previously I had ordered them as needed, but now I have a script to get them from the hospital pharmacy but I picked up a bag of them the other day and didn't check before I was home and saw they were wrong.

i just started TRT this past month so my dose is only 100mg e2w to start ... After 6 shots or so I will have blood work, see where levels are and then he will adjust the dose .. Hopefully to 200mg/ew. I am 30 by the way

All days are basically no carbohydrate day for the first 4 weeks... Basically eating the same Thing every day for 4 weeks then slowly dropping in the carbs

as somewhat of an endomorph I have to be very careful with carbs and when/how I use them

i like the bisons flavor a lot, however as a type A Blood type I have read it is harder for me to digest it. Not sure if that's totally based. It's probably like 6.99/lb

the grass fed local beef I get is 6.29 a lb and chicken is usually 1.99-2.99 lb here for boneless breast

TRT @ 30? lucky duck. i'm 33. i find it so easy to order pins online that i don't bother trying to get them otherwise.

although my mailman is a nosy prick and is always asking me about my mail.

Yessir.. Through an endo not a clinic, so insurance covers the bloodwork and such

I gotta order some pins online soon. My favorite research supply stop doesn't seem to be carrying them anymore so I guess I'll have to use PP.
