Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Had my annual physical.. Everything was good aside from sky high LDL values. Don't think it's from gear as I'm hardly on any but likely from the anastrozol I had been taking via script. Stopped that and an easing into niacin usage and using coq10 and fish oils. Also diet will change next week for a week of lower carb.

i have been dieting since jan 6 and am down about 7lb at my lowest measure
feeling strong and good. Hopefully I don't blow up when I am away for a wedding at an all inclusive resort in the beginning of March. Cardio is still at 6x45m per week .. Cheat meal or refeed day every 2 weeks now so today then not again till I take wed-sun off from dieting And am down in the caribbean

ive stopped the arimidex and I hope I don't have an estrogen rebound however I've been so used to having free t greater than 50ng/dl even when my total t was 210 so I think I'll probably feel like poop for a bit

TRT dose is now 100mg e7d... Feeling alright .. Way better than before but if I were to guess at 7 days I'm probably only at 400.. Hoping he bumps it a bit higher. After my next lab session I will be blasting some tren as long as my cholesterol is healthy.

i am def leaning out well.. Serratus is more prevalent as are mid and lower abs. I still look about 10% but I'm thick skinned and retain a lot of sub q water

I just ordered some MTii for my lab rats to experiment with from one of the board sponsors. They are going to be dark as fuak!

Oh and cheat meals today include:
pancakes and lite maple syrup
a piece of butter cream cake with strawberry filling
penne ala vodka and a loaf of bread at a fine Italian restaurant tonight. Might finish that off with a big ol glass of red wine.

Aside from that I try to keep in some quality macros on cheat meal/day
2tbsp natural pb, 4oz broiled chicken
6.5oz wild sockeye salmon, 1c brown basmati rice
1 lite mozzarella cheese stick

Smashed 45 min of stair mill action this am and then did a walk in the snow on the goff course with my dog to toss the frisbee ... Lots of fun when it's 3 degrees out!

Wow!!! This is pretty spectacular!! A ton of cardio brother but you get a ton more cheat food than I do. I get almost nuthin.

Your workout looked great!!! Keep killin it!!!
