I see they touched on taking BPC-157 orally. I’ve been taking BPC-157 caps the results have been really good. I do believe it “survives” oral ingestion not all of it of course but quite a bit.

Skip has been around since around the early 2000's, maybe late 90's. He is the admin for Intense Muscle, which used to be a very popular forum. It's still up, but very very slow. Older DC posts, homonunculous, various bodybuilders, et al used to post there. @Massive G was a Mod there once as well. Skip used to coach/prep Phil Heath early on. Andrew Berry has been around since the early-mid 2000's. I'm not sure what all forums he used to post on, but he's worked with DC, Meadows, et al over the years. Both Skip and Andrew used to post over on ProM as well...and a few other forums.

They've both said several times on the show that they miss the forums and wish they were still going.. maybe somebody should send them an invite. They'd be a great addition around here. I'm actually surprised they aren't here already
