Depends on the price, it really varies. I would love some bison steaks, but I can't get them around me. You can buy online as well, just very pricey per pound and then shipping.

Bison is good. Tastes better then beef.
Anyone ever tried beefalo its a cross breed of bison and cow. Its pretty good also.

It is expensive! I would just go for deer or elk. Elk is by far the best meat I have ever had. It's so rich that u can't eat much of it.
