Standing calf raise x?

Trying to work on the standing calf raises without holding on to anything. Seems to hit the calves real nice plus working the stabilizers, I do one leg at a time. I plan to at least have some sick calves.

Now if I can just bring my squat and deadlift up! I really want to hit 1.5x bodyweight on bench. I'm close, clean up my diet a little and I'll hit it.

Cutting carbs a bit, dont really need to diet hard until after x-mas but I'd like to start the process early as I miss seeing my abs.
