Back pumps and shin splints from anavar ? help?

If you have a gram scale you can split the caps. 100mg var is pretty much a max dose. There is no mystery as to why you are getting pumps. I don't know you or your cycle history but I think you need to ask yourself how much you know about the compound you are taking. Dose is certainly in important variable.

My thoughts exactly...never knew 100mg var existed..don't see why anyone would even make it.

How much would one pay for say.... 50# 100mg var caps? If you didn't pay over $200 then maybe what you have is not var???

If you want to lower the dose, get a scale that can measure 0.000 I got one on ebay for really cheap. Split the cap open and weight the total amount and divide by 2. Or you can just visually split the dose.

Cant lie,its what got my attention..pumps are to be expected with var,DONT EVEN WANNA THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY FEEL LIKE AT 100mgs,Ive never gone higher than 40 (10mg tabs) and still had nasty shin pumps that straight up RUINED sprint days and made running hills damn near impossible...but what kind of mad scientist would make 100mg caps??...oh and for the pumps mix baking soda and water and drink before working out and eat a banana..I know its not as fancy as taurine,but will get the job done..coming from guy that's run var 4 times and does heavy agility and speed work.
