Back pumps and shin splints from anavar ? help?

Didn't start yet but every time I take anavar I get extreme back spasms and shin splints any suggestions?

Cut your dose or don't use var. People are going to post everything from taurine to I don't even know what. Some people get painful pumps. Others don't.

Yeah bro 50 would be sufficient if its good var. 100 will give you crippling pumps in your calves.

If you have a gram scale you can split the caps. 100mg var is pretty much a max dose. There is no mystery as to why you are getting pumps. I don't know you or your cycle history but I think you need to ask yourself how much you know about the compound you are taking. Dose is certainly in important variable.
