All of your amino acids can had in red meat, but most of us eat chicken and cheap meat, so yea I take EAA during my work outs to help with recovery and start healing process sooner... If you can find one that has a little carbs in them too like a intra work out supplies that. My preference is Silo9 when dieting or Intra R3 when not dieting. They taste good, and help me to drink more during the day too.
