The last few years I have been running almost exclusively Test/Primo or Test/Mast sometimes with 100 mg of nandrolone. This past year it seems I have to up the testosterone because I seem to be taking a hit on estrogen. Last year 300 test and 225 Primo was about perfect. No sore joints, sex drive was a little wonky but overall everything was OK. This year same vials and all, I have sore joints and all the symptoms of low estrogen. So adding in almost double the test seems to fix the problem and sex drive is a lot better. I am leaner than last year. But, it's still a little surprising that at 64 I am possibly making less estrogen and more tolerant of test. I have some blood work scheduled for this week to check things. I will report back. Another thing, last November on 300 sustanon, 225 Primo and 100 mg nandrolone mix my blood work was pristine. 4 months later essentially with everything as far as diet training etc, my blood lipids went askew. I ate over 2 lbs of food at once and had a partial GI blockage so maybe that was the issue. I haven't' had my lipids checked since even though 2x my doctors did bloods. Thing about my MDs, they don't always do all the tests. This time around, with my own orders I am running all the Chem test, hematology Total Test, thyroid, E2 sensitive and IGF-1. Hopefully Quest doesn't fuck it up. They have in the past. I expect my HCT and creatinine to be a little high but for me that is the norm and the creatinine at 1.3 - 1.5 has been the norm for 20 years. Plus I am taking creatinine, so I'll stop that until bloods.

Following ... w/great interest.

Apprx. your age, so the Aging/Test/Estro concerns of course, BUT also the bit about trying to get some decent customer service from a Primary Care Physician.

First saw the term, "Doc-Shopping" years ago, accompanied by suggestions of being an impatient Patient ;), but it's become a part-time job for me during my exit strategy years .

Overall, the medical care system has regressed over the past 5-6 years. My GP is good but the labs are the ones that mess up the tests. He did forget to order lipids last time though. Physical therapy is a mess based on what I saw and what others report that I've seen. Also, imaging has gotten a lot better but interpretation of imaging... I'm not so sure. I have a hemangioma on my liver, probably been there forever. A GI surgeon wanted to cut me open and remove it. It is something that 1/3 of all people over 50 have and often since birth and it is benign. The biggest danger is getting into a car crash with a blow to the chest which could make it bleed.

Fuck. You are doing a very bad job of putting my mind at ease, @Glycomann .

Somewhere/Elsewhere on this Board, my snippyass self has pointed out in the past that:

some licensed doctors are only practicing "Medicine," and,
there's a coupla hundred schools that graduate MD's or DO's every year,
with one who graduated last in his class ... every year.

I don't blame the doctors. The system made things this way. They're just trying to survive. A good one these days is a Godsend. I think we all know the bullshit they have to wade through.
