Sweet. They can keep that 10 lbs, DL is about pure power coupled with a possessive "I got this" attitude. No promises on getting that in the 198's though. lol

You got both squat and DL's solidly in the 6's; that's a great place to be!

Dont sweat the cutting part. Cutting, even pretty deep had the least effect on my deads. Followed by squats and the bench it was terrible.

Dead and squats were only about 2-3% max. Maybe only 10-15lbs off a low 6 dead. Bench, however, was terrible. I would lose 10-11%. It would do it every time.

95% of it was glycogen loading since most all of the strength would return within 2 weeks of eating normal levels.


Regardless....awesome job. Love the time spent enjoying the lockout. Feels good!

What bodyweight are you there? Great lift. I'm 49yrs old weigh 217lb at 5'11 & just did 465 and I'm happy. My best too. But 615 damn.
