Dont sweat the cutting part. Cutting, even pretty deep had the least effect on my deads. Followed by squats and the bench it was terrible.
Dead and squats were only about 2-3% max. Maybe only 10-15lbs off a low 6 dead. Bench, however, was terrible. I would lose 10-11%. It would do it every time.
95% of it was glycogen loading since most all of the strength would return within 2 weeks of eating normal levels.
Regardless....awesome job. Love the time spent enjoying the lockout. Feels good!
