You mentioned you forgot to push your chest up prior, you buried your chin into your chest during the walkout your chest will always follow the head, start by keeping your head up and your chest should follow. That weight was pretty light for you as you get closer to your max if you don't get your head/chest upper back into position you will most likely dump the weight forward. I would get set prior to my walkout so the only thing that changes is your foot position.

You have a 600lb squat in you very soon, no doubt

I'm glad I could help at all. I hope you and FLEXjs do really well man. I love seeing people compete and succeed. Every lift I see someone hit expecially the grinders... i am always right there with them it's inspiring to watch somebody dig deep in the middle of the rep and get more out of it. Alot of people just give the **** up. Not a powerlifter...

Good lift bro. Squats are king. No other leg exercise is needed if your doing these all balls out.
